Amazing, quiet place. Rooms are enormous, but very cozy and clean. It was the most comfortable place we stayed in. Thanks to all the bushes in front, you can't hear anything or anyone. Yoga classes are very nice. Delicious breakfast. Location is good, close to restaurants, unfortunately all streets in Tulum don't look very nice, so its nice to have a car there. All the restaurant recommendations were good.

Stunning place. I could have stayed for so much longer.

I was blown away by the resort. It was absolutely stunning. The yoga sessions, the staff (particularly Alfonzo - what a superstar), the cleanliness, the comfort, the jungle. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

A quaint retreat with luxury jungle vibes

I loved the lush jungle feel of the property. The rooms weee a nice size with a relaxing zen feel to the . The pool are was small and quaint. The ability to do yoga every morning was an added bonus.

The mosquitos in the room. It’s the jungle so you really can’t do anything about it. Just be sure to bring repellent.

Luxurious getaway amidst the hustle en bustle of Tulum

Zenses is an oasis in Tulum Pueblo. As soon as you walk through the door, you're in a different place. Nice well-kept garden, and due to the design, it offers each room a lot of privacy. The pool area is beautiful, clean, and inviting. The small-scale hotel is at walking distance from the centre of Tulum Pueblo, so there are many shopping and restaurant options around. Also the big supermarket Chedraui is around the corner. The room itself was very spacious, modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Good working AC, Netflix tv, good water pressure and good lighting. All in all very good value for money and although we didn't like Tulum all that much, we would have another stay at Zenses in a heartbeat.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the centre of Tulum Pueblo, so don't be surprised that right behind it, you find how some of the locals live. Us privileged Western people would call it a slum. However, that is the reality of Mexico and tourism in general. Within hotel grounds, you don't notice any of it! And we walked to the town centre without any trouble.

Really Enjoyed staying at Zenses. Room, Yoga, Peaceful, Small & Personal, Breakfasts in Morning, Lounging at Pool, and Staff were all excellent. A BIG shout out to front desk/concierge to " Afonso. Hidden treasure

This was our favourite accommodation of our whole Mexico trip. We thought it was really well priced. We loved how it felt like a hidden jungle oasis, especially around the pool. Breakfast was delicious! The staff were 10/10 and our room was dreamy. We can't wait to come back to Tulum and stay at Zenses again!!

Relaxed stay at an hygienic place with large rooms

The host Afonso was one of the best hosts I've ever had. He welcomed us very well and was really helpful with everything, gave tips about good restaurants and knew a guy for everything if he could not help you himself. The rooms were set up very nicely, big bed amd a big space with seperate sink outside the bathroom. Room service and towels are available everyday. The only 'downside' was that there was not a lot of sunshine in the pool during the day. So if you want to sunbathe it would be better to go to the beach during the day of which can be found multiple closeby. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice and quiet place in center Tulum

Very nice place to stay , would definitely come back again - room was just perfect, super big, confortable, nice decoration, clean - nice area to chill by the pool - yoga classes every morning included for the hotel clients - location is nice : in the center but still not close to the noisy places - parking in front of the hotel

Would be nice to propose bikes to the clients (there were some but all broken)

Fab!

Everything! Stunning oasis in the hustle and bustle of Tulum. The room was beautifully decorated. I didn’t want to leave.

The filter in the pool seemed to be broken on our 2nd and 3rd day which meant the pool had turned green and there was algae/ green slime building up on the top level of the pool. No maid visit on our 2nd night even though we’d asked which meant all of our bins were overflowing. We tried renting one of the many bikes at the hotel but we were told we couldn’t use them as they were broken but they hotel did arrange bikes for us to rent from another place in town

The staff were so nice and the room was very spacious. We paid extra to get a ride to and from the airport but there was an issue with the driver so it took a little over an hour for pick up. The hotel staff kindly provided us with free breakfast and use of the hotel bicycles in exchange.

We enjoyed it so much that we want to come back again!

The room was beautifully decorated and secluded, you can't hear or see your neighbour, the front porch is definitely a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very good. Yoga lessons with the birds singing in the background is a plus. Alfonso at the reception was so sweet and caring. He is such a genuinely nice person, he helped my friend find another hotel as Zenses was fully booked and he also helped us to get there when it was raining so hard.

It would be nice if there is a bar or more alcohol option in the mini bar. I know it's a wellness hotel so understandable, it's a very small thing. Walkable to and back from restaurants but the road the hotel on is quite dark

A lovely oasis

A lovely little oasis, each room very private and secluded. Beaut pool area, really relaxing. Excellent ammenities, very spacious with beautiful decor. Simple breakfast but nice. Great location to the main part of town. Poncho was a delight, happy and friendly and helpful. We had two lovely nights here.

The place was beautiful. The rooms were clean and intimate. The yoga classes were fun. The staff was very helpful when needed. The location was 15 min walk from ADO bus terminal and 20 min bike ride from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The wifi wasn’t the best but it was working (not a major issue).
